2. Information we collect
When you request a quote or book a tour we collect your name, phone number, email, travel dates, number of travellers, preferred destination and any special requests. For confirmed bookings we may also collect traveller names, ages and ID details required by hotels or transport providers.
3. How we use it
To prepare and send your quote, contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, confirm hotels, cabs and activities, issue vouchers and receipts, and provide support before and during your trip.
4. Sharing
We share only the details needed with hotels, transport operators and activity partners to deliver your booking. We never sell your information. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed by secure payment partners. We do not store your full card or bank details.
6. Retention & security
Enquiry and booking records are kept as long as needed for service, accounting and legal requirements, and are protected with access controls.
